MADDEN TOURNAMENT on DEC 13

We're taking the holidays off until January of 09 and we'll get back into Madden 09 and all you Halo 3 players, get ready!! We're going to start up with 4v4 in Spring for a Halo 3 Farewell Tour before the new Halo installment comes out. We had a big event on November 15. CGL, ATD and the public library teamed up to bring the city a huge event: Madden 09 on XBOX 360 and Call of Duty 4 on Dell XPS and Alienware premium laptops. It was a blast. The last thing is the CMS CIRCUIT is underway and we're taking applications. Earn cash for yourself and your school! Compete against other players and beat your rival high school! Welcome to Charlotte Gaming League! We are the elite competitive gaming league for the Charlotte, NC area. We host monthly tournaments all over the city on the most competitive titles out there on XBOX 360 and PS3. We attract the best players of all ages together to compete for large cash prizes, sponsorships and notoriety in the gaming community. And we also offer your performance immortality! Players stats are tracked from every tournament to provide the most accurate leaderboards for players who attend CGL events. You'll know exactly who to watch out for and who to watch! Some notable players who have played in our tournaments are Gunshot, iGoturPistola from Halo 3, and ESPN's Madden Nation 100,000 dollar winner, Nephew.

The state of North Carolina and the Charlotte area are chock full of raw gaming talent. From professionals to montage celebrities. We're here to give gamers and fans of gamers an experience every month from your back yard.

We have also begun a circuit for players in high school known as the CMS CIRCUIT. The CMS CIRCUIT is an exclusive league for players to represent their high school and play against other players in the CMS school district while earning cash prizes for themselves and for their athletic programs.

We currently offer 1 game for tournament play on the XBOX 360. With many more to come as new games come out, including Super Street Fighter 4, Gears of War 2 and the return of Halo 3 events next Spring before the MLG 2009 Season kicks off!
